GPL or LGPL version 3

I'm contemplating upgrading the Nexista license to LGPL version 3. I don't think it will have a big impact on anything, though I may try to find a time when it would be convenient to make the switch. I might even consider changing the license to the regular GPL v3 instead of the LGPL. Since Nexista would most likely be used for web-based software, those who wish to modify it privately and commercially benefit without having to distribute the software, thus avoiding any obligations of the license. So it might make sense to use a stronger copyleft license. I'm thinking about this because I'm distributing Nexista along with PBooks, which is licensed under the AGPL v3.Thoughts? I might email Joshua to approve this change as he's the copyright holder, and while I'm at it I may ask him to assign the copyright over to me. He was kind enough to transfer the domains over, so he might be amenable, especially if I'm recommending a stronger copyleft license like the GPL v3.
